Hocking Valley Community Hospital Foundation has received a $10,200 donation from Hocking Hills Podcast from the 2024 Jeep Run.
In October, Jeepers gathered in the Hocking Hills to join a day of Jeepin’ fun for a good cause. This past year more than 115 Jeeps participated. The event was organized and hosted by Hocking Hills Podcast and managing partners Michele Mauder and Mary McMartin with proceeds benefiting Hocking Valley Community Hospital Foundation.
Jeepers gathered at Campbell Cove Campground to prepare for a day of cruising through the beautiful hills of Hocking County. Guests came from several different states to engage in the fundraiser.
Participants’ first stop of the run was Walker Farm in Logan. After pumpkin picking and finding their way through the corn maze, the Jeepers moved on to an off-road obstacle course. The final stop of the day was Campbell Cove Campground for dinner and awards.
“We are so thankful to Hocking Hills Podcast and all the guests who registered for this event to support our hospital. We’d also like to thank all who volunteered and those who sponsored the event. Much time and effort was put into this fundraiser and we are humbled once again by the support of our community,” HVCH CEO Stacey Gabriel said.
